Your INNER VOICE - How to use as a tool?

Dear friends,
Every moment in our lives we are bombarded with thoughts.. some inspiring.. some emotional and obviously some irrational. Yet if we can take notice and clear our mind with the everyday cluttered thoughts and can really take some time to listen our deep INNER VOICE, we get astonished at its intelligence and glory.

Really Glorious

The deep INNER VOICE that resides with us perpetually guides us, holds us, warns us and some defining moment DRIVES us.

Inner Voice Can Drive Us

Everyone who breathes oxygen has that INNER COMPASS that keeps signalling our everyday life. In addition, if we can try to listen much intently, the small inner voice can unleash several secrets for us.

‘To See Life as Life, We have to listen to our Inner Voice’

But..

                How should we listen?

                 When should we listen?

How to analyze the cues this listening inputs?

The answer to all these questions is a simple activity…..

Create Two Pads, name it.. ‘I LOVED IT’ pad and ‘I HATED IT’ pad.

For the next two days in your everyday activities, try to figure out situations when you felt strong and situations when you felt wrong about...

For example,

I felt strong when I am helping my friend.

I felt strong when I am learning a new concept.

I felt weak when I lied my mother.

I felt weak when I couldn’t complete my assignment.

Now, write on a pad things for which you felt strong or weak:

Once you’re able to create these I LOVE IT and I HATE IT pads, you can see Your Inner Voice speaking.

These pads acts as cues to our deep values, deep subtle thinking patterns and decision making. If we can identify the core values out of these pads and write on a new card.

‘You Can Have Your Code Of Honour’

You can police your everyday life and subsequently you can have a happy life, because you live to the expectations of your inner voice and the truth is you are your inner self nothing else…

                                                                                    @Venkat Rakesh. KS

India z da only place where same families rule forevr bt dey nvr make a dvlpmnt. India z da only place where corruption can even get a death certificate of GOD. India z da only place where world's largest youth reside bt old ppl rule forevr. India z da only place where lots of young ppl die at borders bt old ppl smile, shake hands, make talks, get into news bt unable 2 prevent buds fading out. India z da only place where leaders' speech z always a futuristic forward bt deir acts r obsolete. India z da only place where justice z always on papers. India z da only place where time passes away by telng dat v vl appoint a committee, analyse situations n take actions. India z da only place where developmnt z in numbers bt nt in realtime. India z da only place where ppl are narrowminded abt self devlpmnt bt can't undstand dat mutual dvlpmnt leads 2 nation's devlpmnt. India z da only place where government can defeat a snail in a slow race. BEING A HOST

THIS IS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE BEING A HOST
EXCLUDING MY EXPERIENCES AS A STUDENT.
I WAS REALLY EXCITED.
I WAS NOT SURE THAT I CAN MAKE UP THINGS BRIGHT.
BUT AT LAST I MADE IT.....
I STOOD ON THE DIAS..
NOW MY HEART STARTED TO BEAT FAST....
EXCITED.....
HERE, I CAME TO KNOW THAT EVEN ME,
CAN HOST A PROGRAM.....
WOW.....

BUT I STILL FEEL MY PALM COLD....
MY FIRST EXPERIENCE AS A HOST
HAS BECOME SUCCESSFUL......

THE NIGHT I SPENT DREAMING OF YOU
THE FEELING I SPELL MAY BE LOVE
THE DAYS, I SWEAR, YOU STAY WITH ME
THOSE MOMENTS WILL BE, THE HAPPY OF ALL,
THE SPELLING OF YOU, I MERELY KNOW
THE TOUGHNESS OF YOU, I HARDLY KNOW
BUT MY HEART BEAT SAYS..
I LOVE YOU...........

ONE OF MY POETRY...

TIME - TIME - TIME

To realize the value of a YEAR.......
Ask a student who has failed in his exam

To realize the value of a MONTH......
Ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby

To realize the value of a DAY.....
Ask a daily wage labourer struggling to survive for existance

To realize the value of an HOUR....
Ask the lovers who are waiting to meet

To realize the value of one MINUTE...
Ask a passenger who missed his train

To realize the value of a SECOND..
Ask a man who survived an accident

To realize the value of one MILLISECOND.
Ask a silver medalist runner in olympics

Time is Precious...

My poem on our WORLDCUP....

Dreams and hopes turned into Victory...
Its a Golden day of our Indian History...

Worldcup 11 came to an end...
With a memorable gift for our living legend...

Losing hope for one single wicket..
Its all in the game so called cricket..

Dhoni the captain with great leadership..
Man of the Match for great partnership...

One last sixer and the lankans are out..
Its time for India to scream and shout..

One great msg to all Indians...

Inspire from TEAM INDIA...
Aspire for NEW INDIA....

Our visit to Tirumala.....

First step to seven hills,in d student life..
In the very last step of our b.tech life..

Counting the steps like a cricket score...
Not even a single second was feeling bore..

Girls were the real source of entertainment..
Boys were the real cause of encouragement...

Climbing the rocks for taking snaps...
Lots of jokes full of fun and claps...

Standing in the queue, knowing the history..
But real facts of temple, are still a mystery..

Two things we realized in the whole trip...
 Tirumala is a great devotion...
 Friendship is a sweet relation...

I LOVE MY INDIA

Happy Republic day

The Republic Day of India commemorates the date on which the Constitution of India came into force replacing the Government of India Act 1935 as the governing document of India on 26 January 1950.[1] The date 26 January was chosen to honour the memory of the declaration of independence of 1930. It is one of the three national holidays in India, and while the main parade, Republic Day Parade takes place at the Rajpath, in the national capital New Delhi, where the president views the parade, state capitals also have their state celebrations.

Although India obtained its independence on 15 August 1947, it did not yet have a permanent constitution; instead, its laws were based on the modified colonial Government of India Act 1935, and the country was a Dominion, with George VI as head of state and Earl Mountbatten as Governor General. On 28 August 1947, the Drafting Committee was appointed to draft a permanent constitution, with Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar as chairman. While India's Independence Day celebrates its freedom from British Rule, the Republic Day celebrates the coming into force of its constitution.

A draft constitution was prepared by the committee and submitted to the Assembly on 4 November 1947. The Assembly met, in sessions open to public, for 166 days, spread over a period of 2 years, 11 months and 18 days before adopting the Constitution. After many deliberations and some modifications, the 308 members of the Assembly signed two hand-written copies of the document (one each in Hindi and English) on 24 January 1950. Two days later, the Constitution of India became the law of all the Indian lands. The Constitution of India came into effect only on 26 January 1950, 10.18 AM IST

virtualization-vmware

During the past 40 years, information technology has undergone many revolutions in how applications and data have been delivered to users. Mainframes provided a centralized computation facility where end users consumed resources on a shared basis. Client-server architectures offered flexibility and lowered computing costs while bringing more power to the desktop. Mobile computing introduced the notion of anytime, anywhere application access from a laptop or handheld device. Now cloud computing with virtualization offers a new approach that will enable you to deliver IT services on demand.
Virtualization, in its broadest sense, is the emulation of one of more workstations/servers within a single physical computer. Put simply, virtualization is the emulation of hardware within a software platform. This allows a single computer to take on the role of multiple computers.
There are four main objectives to virtualization, demonstrating the value offered to
organizations:
• Increased use of hardware resources.
• Reduced management and resource costs.
• Improved business flexibility; and
• Improved security and reduced downtime.

Virtualization allows the simulation of hardware via software. For this to occur, some type of virtualization software is required on a physical machine. The most well known virtualization software in use today is VMware. VMware will simulate the hardware resources of an x86 based computer, to create a fully functional virtual machine. An operating system and associated applications can then be installed on this virtual machine, just as would be done on a physical machine. Multiple virtual machines can be installed on a single physical machine, as separate entities. This eliminates any interference between the machines, each operating separately.
VMware- a company providing virtualization software.Founded in 1998 and based in Palo Alto, California, USA.VMware software provides a completely virtualized set of hardware to the guest operating system.
Their products are
Desktop editions:VMware Workstation.
VMware Fusion.
VMware Player.

Server editions:
VMware ESX server.
VMware ESXi.
VMware server

vmware also used to provide solutions for cloud management. While cloud computing provides the approach, VMware delivers a pragmatic path and customer-proven solutions that allow organizations to preserve existing technology investments, while achieving the goal of enabling IT as a Service.

Palm Vein Technology

hi friends, this is priyanka...gonna tell u few thngs regarding palm vein technology ... have a look at this..

With the increase in technology threat to personal data and national security had also increased .The methods that were developed to secure important information from outside intervention were not up to safe mark .There was a need to introduce a technology that secures our data more efficiently from unlawful
intervention.
Fujitsu has developed a palm vein pattern authentication technology that uses vescular patterns as personal identification data .Vein recognition technology is secure because the authentication data exists inside the body and is therefore very difficult to forge. It is highly accurate. This technology can be used in various fields like banking, hospitals, government offices, in passport issuing etc. Business growth will be achieved with these solutions by reducing the size of the palm vein sensor and shortening the authentication time. This paper is about the palm vein technology, its applications, how this technology is applied in real time applications and the advantages of using this technology.
Palm vein technologies are one of the up coming technologies which is highly secure. It is the world’s first contactless personal identification system that uses the vein patterns in human palms to confirm a person’s identity. It is highly secure because it uses information contained within the body and is also highly accurate because the pattern of veins in the palm is complex and unique to each individual. Moreover, its contact less feature gives it a hygienic advantage over other biometric authentication technologies.
The palm secure works by capturing a person’s vein pattern image while radiating it with near-infrared rays. The Palm Secure detects the structure of the pattern of veins on the palm of the human hand with the utmost precision. The sensor emits a near-infrared beam towards the palm of the hand and the blood flowing through these back to the heart with reduced oxygen absorbs this radiation, causing the veins to appear as a black pattern. This pattern is recorded by the sensor and is stored in encrypted form in a database, on a token or on a smart card.
Veins are internal in the body and have wealth of differentiating features, assuming false identity through forgery is extremely difficult, thereby enabling an extremely high level of security. The Palm Secure technology is designed in such a way that it can only detect the vein pattern of living people. The scanning process is extremely fast and does not involve any contact meaning that Palm Secure meets the stringent hygienic requirements that are normally necessary for use in public environments.
The opportunities to implement palm secure span a wide range of vertical markets, including security, financial/banking, healthcare, commercial enterprises and educational facilities. Applications for the device include physical admission into secured areas; log-in to PCs or server systems; access to POS, ATMs or kiosks; positive ID control; and other industry-specific applications.
This paper also describes some examples of financial solutions and product applications for the general market that have been developed based on this technology. Typically palm vein authentication technology consists of a small palm vein scanner that's easy and natural to use, fast and highly accurate.

In The Memory Of Swami Vivekananda..

A Brief Life Of Swami Vivekananda

Narendranath Datta was born in 3 Gourmohan Mukherjee Street, Shimla Pally, Calcutta (Now Kolkata) at 6:33 a.m on Monday in a traditional Kayastha family, "12 January 1863" as the son of Viswanath Dutta and Bhuvaneswari Devi.

Narendranath had varied interests and a wide range of scholarship in philosophy, religion, history, the social sciences, arts, literature, and other subjects.

He evinced much interest in scriptural texts, Vedas, the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Ramayana, Mahabharata and the Puranas. He was also well versed in classical music, both vocal and instrumental and is said to have undergone training under two Ustads.

With Sri Ramakrishna

Vivekananda met Ramakrishna for the first time in November 1881. He asked Ramakrishna the same old question, whether he had seen God. The instantaneous answer from Ramakrishna was, "Yes, I have seen God, just as I see you here, only in a more clear sense."Narendra was astounded and puzzled. He could feel the man's words were honest and uttered from depths of experience. He started visiting Ramakrishna frequently.

During the course of five years of his training under Ramakrishna, Narendra was transformed from a restless, puzzled, impatient youth to a mature man who was ready to renounce everything for the sake of God-realization. Soon, Ramakrishna's passed away into Mahasamadhi in August 1886. After this Narendra and a core group of Ramakrishna's disciples took vows to become monks and renounce everything, and started living in a supposedly haunted house in Baraganore.

Seminar Of The Day : TSUNAMI DETECTION USING GPS

n               Global Positioning System data could potentially save many lives by helping alert people in time
This system uses satellites to detect tsunami. It uses new designed GPS sensor station networks covering land sides, coastal areas and open sea locations. The microwave signals coming from the satellites of the GPS constellation.n These signals pass through the ionosphere and the troposphere to reach the GPS receivers. It can determine with in 15min whether an earthquake is strong enough to generate tsunami.
